Before you arrive

ID or passport copiesSend a copy for every guest at least 72 hours before check-in. The Host shares them with Soma Bay management for gate access.
Marriage certificateCouples may be asked to show a marriage certificate where Egyptian rules or Soma Bay management require it. The Host confirms this before your stay.
Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 12:00 PMEarly or late times need the Host’s written OK.

By sending, you agree to the cancellation policy for direct bookings: full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% up to 2 days before, no refund after that. A refundable security deposit applies: USD 100 (or the equivalent in EGP) for stays of up to 5 nights, or one night’s rate for longer stays, paid on arrival in cash, by bank transfer or InstaPay.
